LNAT Classroom Lessons - £129
Kaplan's LNAT classroom course is a full-day session. The targeted lessons focus on critical reading skills and practice using Kaplan strategies for each LNAT question type. You will receive dynamic instruction guiding you through the concepts and time-saving techniques you must know to do your best on the LNAT test, as well as receive in-depth guidance on how to write an effective LNAT essay under timed conditions. The LNAT preparation course is taught by Kaplan-trained teachers, using Kaplan's proven strategies and techniques.
Strategy Book
The LNAT Strategy Book provides an introduction to computer-based and multiple-choice aptitude tests, and details Kaplan strategies for the question types found in the LNAT. It includes time management techniques, and score-building review sections to complete for homework.
Essay-writing Workbook
A separate booklet providing LNAT essay-writing guidelines and tips, as well as sample essays. The workbook also contains extra LNAT practice essay questions for self-study in the run-up to the test.
Four Full-length Practice Tests
The 4 computer-based full-length practice tests are to be taken during self study. These tests will increase your familiarity with LNAT-style test questions, the test format, and its timing. The LNAT practice tests will help build your confidence and stamina– so there will be no surprises on test day.
Ongoing Academic Support
Course enrolment includes email access to your LNAT teacher until your test date. Teachers will be available to answer academic questions and to comment on your LNAT practice test essays.

Personal Statement Assistance and Admissions Interview Preparation
Admission to university law programmes is highly competitive as places are limited and demand is very high. You will need to submit the most effective application possible in order to maximise your chances of acceptance. Kaplan's expert consultant can offer you personal guidance on your UCAS application and polishing your interview skills.
Kaplan will walk you step-by-step through the application process. Your Admissions Consulting session can include:
- Advice on drafting your personal statement
- Expert tips for a winning admissions interview
- Mock interviews with feedback to help you present yourself as a winning candidate
- Review and advice on your application materials
- Consulting packages begin at 3 hours, scheduled in 1.5-hour sessions.
The LNAT test is a 2 hour test divided into two parts.
- Multiple-choice (80 minutes)
- Essay (40 minutes)
The multiple choice element of the test comprises of 10 argumentative passages with 3 multiple choices questions, making 30 questions in this section altogether.
The essay part of the exam consists of a number of questions on a range of subjects that the candidate can choose to write about.
The LNAT score is out of 30, the essay part of the test is not marked and is passed on to your chosen institutions that require the LNAT unmarked. Please note that the essay may be used as a basis for interview questions if you are invited for interview.
